It is apparent that Miles not only knows all the words to "Dem Bones, Dem Bones" but has an encyclopaedic knowledge as to where they all are! I went to him expecting to be told that perhaps my legs were different lengths and causing my hip pain...he promptly dismissed that and diagnosed bursitis and proceeded to resolve the chronic pain over a couple of sessions. Just a heads up though...you have perhaps experienced a relaxing hot stone massages at the spa, with a tinkling wind chime in the background...? Well it's nothing like that! This is serious, deep, massage. Remember "no pain...no gain".

Miles helped me with a running injury meaning that with just a few weeks rest and 4 treatments I was able to continue with my training plan and complete the marathon I was training for. Massage, shockwave therapy and laser treatment. Not always pleasant but it certainly worked!

I damaged my shoulder, how I do not know but it caused me much pain and severely restricted my movements. I saw Miles because I'd seen him before. At the beginning not much was happening but he said to me one day he had been on a course and would I be willing to try the treatment. I, of course, said yes I was willing to try anything. I have to be honest, the treatment was painful and at one point I was thinking of giving up but then realised that I was getting more mobile so I persevered. Today I can say I have almost full mobility and for that I have to thank Miles. A gentle man who can be ruthless in the best possible way. I would highly recommend anyone who needs help to make an appointment.

Miles is a gentleman and a gentle man. None of this lets crack a few joints with him. Gentle manipulation is the name of his game and he really knows his stuff. I went to him with a bad back and while not cured it is now possible for me to walk the dogs with no pain. Fantastic. I cannot praise him enough and all at a reasonable price.

Miles came out to visit my mum at home because I was worried about her since she had a fall. She had pain under her ribs and her foot was swollen and her leg had become red. He examined her and noticed the pulses in one of her feet was reduced and very warm. He said he was concerned the blood flow was compromised by a blockage in her circulation and that she was showing potential signs of cellulitis. He insisted we phoned 111 and an ambulance came out and took my mum to hospital. On further testing a scan revealed blood clots to the back of the knees. Thank you very much Miles, if not for you, this could have been a very serious situation...
