This is my first experience at counselling and it was excellent. Hédi was very professional, insightful and very easy to communicate and connect with. Can't thank Hèdi enough for her work and support over these past 7months. I was skeptical of therapy having tried it unsuccessfully in the past, but she is really down to earth and engaging, going at a pace that was right for me.

There were topics I thought I'd never share with anyone yet we had trust and rapour very early on which allowed me to finally work on and overcome root cause issues that had hung over me most of my adult life.

She was always willing to working around my hectic work schedule and accommodate my needs.

I turned up at cherrytree as a "non believer". Probably as a typical "geordie alpha male".
The thing is I didnt want to see a therapist, but, i knew i needed help with my problems/ trauma. I thought it was the path of a weak man. I only wish i had sought help earlier.
The things i have learned, the education i have received, the way i have been taught to understand and process my thoughts, it is truly unbelieveable and something i honestly struggle to put into words.
Hedi has walked by my side, felt my pain, explained my emotions and fears to me in a way that i can understand.
I am a different person now, i still have days that are not so good but, Hedi has changed my life for the better and i will always love and respect her for that, an amazing woman. Thank you.

Hédi has been amazing, I owe my life to Hédi, Hédi has helped me overcome so much. I was always the person that thought how can talking help but I was so wrong. Hédi had so much information to hand that helped me relate so much to what I was dealing with she knew instantly how to talk to me so I was able to understand, Hédi is always so welcoming offering a cup of tea and a glass of water always waiting for me on the table.
