I can’t recommend AJB Chiropractic highly enough and would give it 10 stars if I could.

After years of ignoring my back pain and terrible posture, I finally bit the bullet and decided to approach a Chiropractor. From the minute I got in touch with AJB, I was so impressed by how friendly, attentive and helpful the staff were. I had a phone consultation with Dr. Laura and made an appointment for an assessment.

Upon arriving at the practice, I was greeted with warm smiles and the offer of a lovely cuppa with biscuits! Dr. Laura examined me and explained everything very clearly and thoroughly so I was very eager to book some adjustments.

I immediately began to feel the benefit after just my first session. My back pain was eased significantly and I started to feel improvements in areas which I’d never before considered could be negatively impacted by poor posture. I could breathe more easily and stopped experiencing heartburn, which was a daily occurrence previously. I’m also no longer waking up in the morning feeling like I’ve fallen down several flights of concrete steps during the night. Dr. Laura always talks me through everything she’s about to do and thus totally alleviated any apprehension I may have had about adjustments being painful - which they aren’t.

I’ve now had seven sessions and the results of the adjustments are clearly visible in the photos which are taken to track progress. I’m standing taller and much more upright - and there’s even been a marked improvement in my overall mood. For the ladies out there, my bust has been lifted significantly and looks a lot more impressive than before. This was another unexpected (but delightful) consequence of my adjustments so far.

The facilities at the practice are very modern and it’s always immaculately clean. One of the best elements, however, is the wonderfully warm and welcoming environment. You can really tell that it’s a family practice and the atmosphere inside is just lovely.

I can’t wait to see future results and, as previously stated, I can’t recommend AJB enough - so if you’re looking for a Chiropractor, AJB is the place to go!

Unbelievable experience, I have been seeing Dr Laura for 12 weeks now and I have gone from being in pain 100% of the time and not being able to do everyday simple tasks to feeling like a whole new person. I didn’t think it was possible to change my posture so much and become pain free but I have been proven wrong and my life has completely changed. I took my 9 month old son to see Laura as he has suffered with constipation since he was a newborn. Giving my baby laxatives was always a no no for me. I have tried lots of natural ways to help him go to the toilet, but most failed or only helped for a short period of time. We have had 3 visits so far to AJB and my son is now able to go to the toilet daily sometimes twice a day. I couldn't recommend Laura enough she has been a miracle worker for my son. He is now not straining constantly and in discomfort all of the time. We have an all round happier baby. Thank you again!

I highly recommend AJB and particularly Dr. Laura! I can’t begin to thank Dr. Laura enough for the care and support she provided me when I was 34/35 weeks pregnant and suffering from debilitating SI joint (lower back) pain. I was at the stage where I could not walk and it was impacting my ability to function in my last weeks of pregnancy.

Dr. Laura provided a thorough evaluation and a comprehensive, effective, but gentle treatment plan that enabled me to progressively gain mobility with significant reduction in pain by week 37/38. Each week, with Dr. Laura’s treatment, I’ve felt better and by week 37/38, I could walk with more ease and enjoy my final weeks of pregnancy (now at week 39+), more importantly, I can go into labour without having to make compromises to my birth preferences.100% I would not be feeling prepared for labour and the recovery thereafter without Dr. Laura’s care. The team at AJB are fantastic, everytime I go for an adjustment, the atmosphere is always light and cheerful. Tracey or Mel will usually be your first point of contact and are fantastic at aftercare and making you feel at home when you arrive, usually with a massive smile and a coffee.

I met Aaron about 3 years ago through a shared hobby and have been going for adjustments for almost 18months now. He has a very calming mannerism and explains what he's is doing throughout the process, which I believe comes from his genuine love of helping people. I've jokingly 'tested him' at times to see if he can work out what's wrong without me saying anything and he's found the issues straight away, sometimes too quickly for my ego but that shows me he knows what he's doing.

I've not had any treatments through Laura but the few chats we've had shows me she is very knowledgeable and professional and has a 'cracking' sense of humour like everyone else.

So to summarise, in my opinion, walking through the door at AJB is probably the smartest thing you can do if you want your quality of life to improve. Both through adjustments and the relaxed, stress free environment. They are a great team and make you feel like you've been friends all your life.

Having suffered with migraines for a long time, I was at a loss on how to relieve them other than taking medication to ease the pain. For me, this was only a temporary fix and not tackling the issue. After doing some research online, this led me to scheduling an initial call with Dr Laura to discuss how ABC Chiropractic’s could help me.

Dr Laura explained the different stages of the process, and what I may experience as we went through the treatment. She was very informative, and as such, I decided to give this a try as nothing else had worked thus far.

I cannot put into words the transformation on my body from receiving this treatment. I visited Dr Laura twice a week for almost a year, which completely changed my quality of life. I went from having migraines twice a month to very rare occasions. When I did have a migraine attack, I was straight in to see Dr Laura to help relieve them. I found this really worked for me. My posture also significantly improved.

Other than Dr Laura changing my life, she was always a pleasure to see, and I looked forward to our twice weekly catch ups. Not only that, but given I was getting married in June 2023 she suggested ordering some fans just in case, and my goodness wasn’t she right. She even got a cheeky mention in my wedding video as I explained the idea came from her to the delight of my bridesmaids.

If you’re a migraine sufferer and had poor posture like me, or suffer from regular pain, do not hesitate and get in touch with Dr Laura for an initial consultation. I would highly recommend her!

Before i started seeing Aaron, I was having constant chest pains. Sometimes after exercising but a lot of the time from out of nowhere. I had been to see a few doctors and has been prescribed a few different medications but they didn't stop the pain they just prolonged it. After just a few sessions with Aaron the pains I was getting in my chest started to hurt a lot less and eventually stopped all together. Just after a couple of months of seeing Aaron two times a week, my posture is a lot better, my workouts are a lot more efficient and my overall mood has been lifted. It also helps that Aaron is an extremely nice person with clearly years of experience and I cant wait to see the changes in my body in another couple of months. Id definitely recommend AJB Chiropractic to everyone because Aaron has showed me the affect that years of ignoring my posture and sports injuries have had.
