My reiki/sound bath experience with Karen was quite literally out of this world, I was transported to another realm! She is completely welcoming, friendly, and makes you feel relaxed straightaway. She explains everything before the session and seeks to understand your situation so she can tailor it to you. During the session I felt completely calm and supported and just totally blissed out! Afterwards we talked about what she 'heard' and it matched up identically to what was happening inside me. I'll be going back to Karen for many more sessions and thoroughly recommend her to anyone who is even vaguely interested in this beautiful healing practice.

A warm friendly first time meeting today with Karen immediately put me at rest for my Reiki session. After a discussion as to why I was seeking guidance Karen for the next 30 minutes or so gently performed her Healing using traditional Reiki and for my first time the addition of beautiful sound bowls which were even more relaxing, in all I came away feeling much better and hours later that feeling has remained, thank you Karen.

This was my first time having past life regression and I felt safe and relaxed with Karen. The session was 1 and a half hours but felt much shorter and I suppose it was because I was in an altered state. I was fully conscious but also on this 'other place' Karen guided me step by step through each phase of the life and I remembered it clearly. Afterwards I felt like a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders. Thank you Karen, I look forward to the next session.

I have been to Karen for Reiki for a few different things now. She is always so warm and kind and makes me feel at ease. The first time I came to Karen I was very nervous as to whether or not Reiki would work for me. Such a fantastic reflexology session. Having had reflexology before I knew what to expect. Karen was fantastic at working on my entire body via my feet. I had the most amazing warm sensation through my back as she worked on my feet. It was so relaxing. I will certainly be back. Thank you Karen ?
