Sam is the ideal health care professional. You know you are in safe hands when your treatment is planned out for you and discussed with you beforehand. You know you have the best help when that person is regularly learning upto date skills and refining their knowledge and experience. Add to this impressive CV a caring attitude and you have Balanced Serenity. I can't recommend highly enough. I received acupuncture treatment which is hard to find in the north west. In future if I needed any other treatment, Sam would be my first call. And know this, I believe that if Sam didn't feel she could help, she would recommend someone else or some other treatment that may help you.

Having tried various treatments to help relieve the pain and discomfort from sciatica, I was recommended to Sam by one of her clients a few years ago.
Having never experienced the KORE treatment before, I was amazed by the positive results that were achieved.
I continue to on a less regular basis to have treatment by Sam, mainly for my general wellbeing.
If you are like I was initially looking for a professionally skilled person in her field, then I would totally recommend Sam.

I'm not sure I can do the review justice with just words. I have been treated by Sam for a few years now and literally couldn't live without her. I live with a debilitating condition which means I am in pain every day. I see Sam every three months approximately and can't begin to tell you the difference I feel when I leave. Her knowledge and experience is outstanding. She is patient, empathetic and intuitive. I highly recommend her services.
5 stars just isn't enough for this special lady.

What would I do without Sam!!!
I have been visiting Sam for the last 4 years after I was failing to recover from a car accident that left me with severe whiplash, causing back and neck pain and reduced mobility. I had tried multiple sessions of physiotherapy via the NHS and privately. Nothing was helping! Until Sam worked her magic on me. She gave me my mobility back and relieved me from chronic pain. Thank you!!

I would highly recommend Sam to anyone suffering aches, pains and reduced mobility. Please don’t “live with it” because you don’t have to. I continue to visit Sam on a monthly basis to maintain my spinal health and well-being. I enjoy her company too, lots of good conversation.

I booked a KORE session as a long-term injury to my lower back had started to niggle again. I wasn't sure what to expect today but it was amazing. Without me giving any details Sam was able to identify the location of my 'problem', asked about my left shoulder which I'd forgotten about as I've learned to live with the stiffness and then identified other areas that aren't quite functioning properly. Each area impacts another as a result.
The whole process was a real eye opener. I'm looking forward to seeing the long term improvements but I feel very confident based on the thorough and professional process Sam took me through today.
If anyone has been thinking about booking but not yet got around to it I urge you to get it done. Sam mentioned her new on-line booking system so I've already booked for a month's time. Thank you Sam and lovely to meet you too, Sue

Sam is ace, fun, chatty and happy to help where she can, she is very thorough with every appointment and gets to the root cause of the problem, i dont know how it works but its just mind blowing 🤸‍♀️ i just 100% recommend her to everyone 😀
