I have been attending sessions for 6 weeks and the difference in my mobility, strength, and lower back pain management is incredible. I have an Annular Tear at L4-L5 and for weeks the pain was excrutiating. I could hardly walk. After my first week I stopped taking all prescription and over the counter pain killers (Naproxen, Gabapentin, Codeine Phosphate, paracetamol). Over the next weeks the strength in my lower back and pelvis increased greatly. I would recommend anyone suffering from back problems to make an appointment and have Tessa Aitchinson treat their condition. I believe they will be amazed by the results.

When I first met Tessa at Westmorland County Show I was stiff and in pain with back and particularly neck. I’d had to give up bowls as I couldn’t bend my neck. However it took a little while but I found I was feeling freer and more energised. I began seeing Tessa to help me solve ongoing issues with mobility in my neck, jaw and shoulders.

I began with an intensive course of treatments, but even after the first session it was as though a cork had been pulled out of a bottle. I was so much more comfortable and able to move more freely.
