Andy was brilliant. He helped me realise that I was in Burn-out and started working with me to help me get out of the overwhelming pressure I was feeling.
Andy uses a multiple number of tools to assist in the counselling, including Russian dolls to review your past and walking, where you get outside and discuss your experiences.

I had recently lost my mother in law who I was very close to. She was a massive part of my life. I was grieving her death and at the same time work was becoming impossible for differing reasons. I spiralled into depression and had significant anxiety. Getting help via the NHS was impossible. When Andrew was recommended to me I decided to invest in myself and pay privately to get help and support. Andrew did not disappoint.
After paying for 10 sessions I have come to the end of that journey. With new medication and the excellent support and counselling from Andrew, I am back on track and I’m a happy, bubbly, confident, outgoing lady again. Andrew’s support and skills are a massive part of my recovery. He is grounded, realistic, supportive, approachable and friendly.
The various tools he uses are excellent. And he makes a great cup of coffee! I know the door is always open if I need help again. Highly recommend Andrew Clarke Counselling.

I have been seeing Andy now for about a year now and I can safely give this man a five star! From my first visit until now where I am still going to see him occasionally I feel much better in myself to the point I feel like life is on track and feel as if I have come a long way. to the point in my sessions I can’t find anything bad to talk about lol. The activity’s/walk and talks I find are very helpful and I can say what’s on my mind, whatever the problem I feel safe and assured and always given a solution how to cope with the issue and how to manage anger eta, I feel a changed man all thanks to Andy!

I would like to add the room at cams is very nice and kept clean and professional and in a lovely location for walks and talks in the sun! And last of all I think Andy is well priced for his service!

I decided to see someone after a few years of poor health/diagnosis which lead to unexpected poor mental health.
I never thought I’d be someone who would need to have counselling but here I am. And I’m so glad I did. Without who knows where I’d be.

I found Andrew through word of mouth, which is always difficult as some people don’t like to admit they are having counselling. I booked in for a get to know each other session and was happy to continue on the journey.

I signed up for a block of 10 and felt the world of difference half way through. I was originally hesitant to speak to a complete stranger and unaware of what to think, but from the beginning I felt comfortable and the conversation was easy.

I am very thankful for the support and guidance from Andrew and would definitely recommend him, as well as see him in the future if needed.

Andrew makes you feel at ease from the get go. He will guide you with the right tools to assist with your issues. Has improved my mental health massively dealing with bereavement/grief spanning over many years. I know the door is always welcome if I just need a chat or to get something off my chest I can always go back to him.

What can I say! Andrew is absolutely lovely and even though I'd seen him a few times he completely helped me with my mental health , my anxiety ! Highly recommend to anyone ! Now after a year I'm back to my normal self from using some of Andrews tips in calming my anxiety.
