Caroline gave me a pregnancy massage when I had some pain with my hip and back. I had quite a tricky pregnancy and she really paid attention to where hurt and making me comfortable. She is a really kind and gentle person, I would really recommend contacting Caroline for a pregnancy massage if you’re expecting, it was relaxing and made my back feel so much better.

I found pregnancy yoga classes with Caroline beautifully relaxing, centering and strengthening. A perfect way to prepare your body for the spiritual, mental and physical act of birth. The opportunity to ask questions and discuss all things pregnancy and birth at the end of each class was invaluable. I also met some of my closest mum friends at the yoga classes.

My partner and I attended Caroline's Birthing workshops which answered all our questions and more. We were given useful tools to take away which really made all the difference when I was in labour.

I was lucky enough to have some one to one time with Caroline as my Doula and felt so held in her presence and guided to really own my journey and choices.

Her pregnancy/ therapeutic massages are heavenly. She has magic hands which just melt away any stress and tension. You don't need to be pregnant to have one. I'd have a massage with Caroline every day of my life if I could!

As my doula, Caroline’s caring and patient nature and fantastic knowledge ensured that it was a wonderful experience throughout for both me and my partner. I find Caroline to be one of the most caring, compassionate and empathic people I know. I know her in a personal capacity and have also received massages from her. I enjoy her attention to detail and care within the massage environment; intuitively and verbally checking with my needs around warmth, comfort, level of pressure of the massage, various cushions and blankets for props and support. Receiving a massage can sometimes mean I feel exposed and vulnerable and not always in power of choosing to say if something needs to be different for me. Caroline takes care of this with her beautifully gentle intuition and checking carefully what is feeling right for me. Her deep well of authentic compassion and highly skilled massage ability’s are such a wonderful tonic.

I recieved pregnancy massages from caroline , which were incredibly soothing and therapeutic . Especially potent was the treatment on the morning I went into labour. She also supported my partner and I in pregnancy yoga and birth preparation sessions, as well as attending my birth. Caroline is so wonderfully gentle and understanding. She came to my home to give me a full body massage not long after I’d had my third baby, and was suffering from back pain. I cannot rate her healing hands highly enough, as I felt revitalised for days afterwards. Not only that, but Caroline didn’t bat an eyelid when I had to get up mid-massage to settle my children down again. I really appreciated her kind and caring holistic approach and would thoroughly recommend her.
