A skilled driver required to get this to the slipway and on to the beach. The lifeboat was launched while we were watching. It appeared to be a drill. There was very strong wind this morning so it would be very uncomfortable outside the harbour.

A fine vehicle, operated by brave crews. You'd ask why they were a charity in times of plenty, but where other vital services are also provided by third sector or private companies in "Austerity Britain" then it's plain to see that won't change anytime soon and so they need support.
