Dear Valerie

Thank you so much for your sensitive, kind and magical treatment of Otis. You are a special soul.

Otis is like a different dog today and loves hyacinth and immortelle.
Today on his walk he didn’t pull once, we had no reaction, whereas it’s normally constant and stressful for both of us.
He walked calmly by my side with tail up and wagging. He initiated play with 3 other dogs and played in a group which he has NEVER done before.
At one point I forgot he was walking next to me as the lead was so slack and I am used to having to use my strength / hurting my own shoulder to keep him safe on roads etc.
I felt quite emotional seeing the difference In him, his eyes are relaxed and happy, and he has been happily relaxing post walk rather than destroying the front room.
It’s like he’s arrived in his body after 4 years of my trying everything I could think of and multiple trainers.
He’s currently snoozing on the sofa.

So grateful to have found you and your natural connection and love for animals.
