I thoroughly enjoyed my weekly and sometimes bi-monthly sessions with Aphrodite. I made significant progress. Aphrodite enabled me to get the the root of my thinking patterns and look at situations from different perspectives, whilst also reassuring me that I was tackling things correctly. I became more understanding of my ADHD, which will only improve my day-to-day personal and professional tasks.

Truly grateful for the time spent with Aphrodite, and when I need therapy again, even if it’s 1 session, will be booking a session with Aphrodite! Thank you 🙂

I made lots of progress with Aphrodite in a short space of time. I found a space in which open conversation felt easier than usual for me, and this in turn allowed me to open up about things that were affecting me that I hadn't really realised were having such an impact on my day-to-day. I started off our sessions with a few simple goals in mind, along the way Aphrodite created a challenging yet safe space guiding me through many important parts of my life which I had previously ignored. She allowed me to uncover a deep trauma I had previously denied for 15+ years, understand and improve a lot of my day to day actions which I was struggling to change and helped me look at things in a different light. I have achieved most of my goals and still working upon some more. I am grateful to have Aphrodite as a therapist and would recommend her.
