I attended a day-long women's retreat lead by Kim in Shoreham-on-sea. My aim was to take some time for myself, be more in touch with my womb and deepen that connection. It’s hard to put into words the impact that Kim has had on me over the last year in particular.
I first took Kim’s breathwork on a retreat and really unlocked and released some deep trauma. I have since completed her 6 month womb journey, regular breathwork sessions, one to one trauma sessions and her crystal womb healing.
I have learnt so much about my own cycle, about checking in with my body and healed further traumas. The crystal womb healing was the most gentle way to work through things, I really felt like I was given a warm hug and I have since been drawn so much more to using crystals everyday.
