Unfortunately a rather disappointing experience.
When booking the appointment, I asked for an acupuncture session with the aim of relaxation with a focus on an injured leg muscle
To my surprise when turning into the appointment which stated late, the person delivering the session had no notes about my booking snd said she could not do what I had initially booked for.
We ended up with some needles in the injured muscle for some 20 minutes and that was all my appointment was.
Considering the request and that taking time food work for me os very hard, this was a pure waste of time and also waste of the fee they charged.
I would have paid whatever was asked of me and would have stayed for as long as needed as the main outcomes 1 for me at least - were to a. Relax and b. Treat the injured leg
To top up the bad experience, the person who took my booking could not care less about my feedback when she called for payment.
One of those attitudes of employees who dislike their jobs and therefore convey their negativity down the chain with everyone who they come in contact.
Overall a low league type of professionals and the place was shabby too.

An inner ear problem last July that developed into vestibular neuritis led to problems with the muscles, nerves and joints in my neck which caused nausea, dizziness, vision problems as well as the usual aches and pain. In February I came to the Physio4 You team in despair.
Rachel did a thorough vestibular assessment and was able to reassure me that the vestibular problem was resolved. I was then given Helen’s details for the neck issues. She has been a real Godsend. She is calm, friendly, reassuring and professional. After a thorough exam in which she listened carefully to my history of symptoms,
she took time to explain what the problem was and a plan for treatment going forward. This problem has caused me real anxiety at times. She set my mind at rest that I will get better. I am still undergoing treatment but there has been a vast improvement. She takes time to answer all my questions and I always leave feeling so positive. I would thoroughly recommend their services

Having just experienced my 5th session with Chiara at Cuffley, I cannot speak highly enough of attention to detail . I started my first session with debilitating headaches, neck pain and sciatica. Chiara was thorough with her assessment of my issues. She has worked systematically, addressing the changing pain. Differing massage techniques and appropriate daily exercises to do at home, have made a massive improvement. Walking, sitting, driving and climbing stairs are now completed with ease. No longer feeling my age. In addition, Chiara has a warm, friendly & caring approach, which puts you at ease and leaves you feeling confident of a positive outcome.

Helen worked with my 88 year old Mum following her knee replacement. I was very very impressed. Personable, knowledgeable, supportive, she got my Mum full mobilised and back playing bowls. She had her operation in November 2018 and was she was back playing bowls in January 2019.
My Mum has now had a refurbishment of her replacement hip and I have no hesitation in going back to her and recommending her to others.
