I have been treated by osteopath Amanda for 6 weeks, and she has helped me manage lower back pain really well, with exercises to do at home, as well as hands on therapy. I will continue to visit her for maintenance therapy, as well as any problems in between.

I've attended acupuncture sessions here for 8 months and can't recommend it enough!

I have been seeing Jill their acupuncturist for help with my long covid and it's been hugely beneficial, and I've gone from barely being able to leave the house to a relatively normal life - I couldn't have done it without Jill's help!

Not only is Jill great at the acupuncture side of things, she also identified issues in my diet and with my breathing, giving me help and insight in to these areas and setting me on the right path to give my body the right environment to heal... it's a holistic approach and one that I've very much reap the rewards of.

Jill and all the staff at NIHP are very friendly, professional and helpful. It's a pleasure attending sessions here and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for any help with their health issues.
