I went to Phill after struggling with glute/hamstring issues. He is extremely knowledgeable, easy to relate to and really tuned into my specific muscle issues. Great massage and after a couple of visits I m so much more comfortable.

Really happy with Phill's sports massage. He's clearly passionate about what he does and is very knowledgeable. Being a running coach, he might even let slip a few running tips 😉. I had a massage shortly after the Brighton Half marathon when my legs felt like they had been beaten up, then again after the Brighton marathon. Both times they felt a lot better afterwards. I also felt more relaxed for the rest of the day. So I'd highly recommend.

Phill was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgable. I’m not a huge fan of massages and was a bit apprehensive beforehand, however Phill immediately put me at ease. As a runner with constant aches and pains all over I left the table feeling like a new man! 10/10 would recommend.

Have visited Coach Phill at his home practice in Seaford a couple of times, both times to help overcome injury. Phill is excellent at this, and both times delivered a combination of massage (for immediate relief), rehabilitative exercises, and advice going forward. But you don’t have to be like me and wait until you need urgent help. I hope to sign up to his marathon training programme just as soon as I am (literally) back up and running.

Had stiff legs after training and Phill did a great job relieving tension, working out tight muscles and making my legs feel good as new! The massage worked a treat as I then ran a 10k pb a few days later. Would definitely recommend
