Carina has helped out with ongoing issues with back and sports related injury for sometime now. Have recently had hip replacement surgery and the difference it has made with recovery especially the inflamation and bruising which has helped me recover far quicker than was expected. I had been suffering for over 10 months with severe pain & limited movement in my arm.
The NHS had diagnosed tendonitis & I was told to rest & take painkillers.
The condition just got worse with no hope of improvement.

Luckily my wife knew Carina's talents first hand and although I was very, very sceptical, I agreed to pay her a visit.

Within 10 minutes Carina had diagnosed a frozen shoulder.
She then she set to work on me for over an hour & gave me some exercises to perform at home.
Although the massage was extremely painful at the time, within days I witnessed real improvement.
I decided to return for some regular sessions and over the next few months each visit paid further dividends.
I went from being very dubious to a complete convert to her specialism.

I am now pain free with all movement restored.

I simply can't recommend Carina enough- she is extremely caring, knowledgeable and competent.

She's also great fun to know!

I see Carina every 6 or so weeks. She is always very welcoming and friendly and is very easy to talk to. I feel relaxed in her sessions and trust her to put my muscles back into position! My job means that I am prone to muscles tightening after periods of time, but I have never felt pressured into returning for further treatments. I go because I enjoy them and can see (and feel) a real difference in my back after.

After months of suffering from back and hip pain, I visited Carina. Just one session got rid of the pain. I have been 4 times now - once every 4 - 6 weeks - just to maintain and keep the tightness of exercise and daily life at bay. It’s a wonderful feeling to be pain free. Carina is very professional but relaxing to be in the company of. Would recommend to anyone who is suffering.

Following a fall I had to make a second visit which as per the first gave very quick results. The addition of the acupuncture was also effective without feeling any discomfort from the needles. Would strongly recommend to anyone needing this type of treatment.
