Have been to see Kyle at Mehab for a range of issues and every time he has helped to resolve them. He is excellent at explaining what is going on and answering any questions I may have. I’ve had the joys of massage, manipulation, needling and shockwave treatment. Mehab in Biggleswade is an absolute gem for physical therapy! I recently went in for treatment for shoulder issues, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Right from the get-go, Kyle at Mehab made me feel right at home. They're super friendly and down-to-earth, which instantly put me at ease. Plus, they really know their stuff—seriously impressive! I had to nod and smile when they were explaining the various muscles or tendons I’d managed to injure.

Kyle won’t mislead you or suggest a course of treatment just because, he explained exactly what we could do and why he’d recommend it and let me decide based on the information provided.

The therapy sessions were spot-on. They tailored everything to my needs and explained everything in a way that made sense, provided me with exercises to do to help my recovery and even liaised with my PT at Jones’ so that we’d focus on movements that would not aggravate the injury and help improve it.

I had a series of visits to Mehab to deal with my shoulder issues and saw real improvement quickly which then led into my shoulder recovering nicely.

Overall, I can't recommend Mehab enough. Whether you're dealing with shoulder pain or any other physical issue, these guys are the real deal. Five stars all the way!

Kyle is so knowledgeable and considerate. I had been in a lot of pain for weeks and he released the movement and pain in one session.
