still waiting for contact after a week - have emailed & filled in contact form but no response. i realise they may be busy after lockdown, but we dont all have facebook or instagram to contact. is it too much to expect an answer to a phone call or acknowledgment to an enquiry ? daughter has sent an instagram message to one stylist , sent photos & nothing !! if they cant help at least please say so , dont string us along. looking like we'll be going elsewhere if no response soon ...
