First time getting my nails done with Kim and she was brilliant! I had BIAB to help grow my nails, with gel polish and some nail art, it was exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail is great and I will be going back in a few weeks. Would highly recommend!

Made an appointment to see Richard 6 months after having toe surgery at Scunthorpe hospital that left me with unbonded toes (broken) and hoped he could help with the pain. He took one look and refused to work on them himself as he said there was a lot of swelling going on and he didn't want to make things worse. But he did recommend a surgeon that he believed to be my best option. I managed to get into to see the suggested surgeon and got everything sorted. I would recommend Richard to anyone, he is upfront and very honest, if he can't fix it he will do his best to point you in the right direction. A big thank you to Richard for all his help.

Absolutely brilliant professional service.
Partial removal of nail which was ingrowing, can't believe how simple and pain free the procedure was, Richard made me feel at ease and he is such a genuinely lovely person who simply talked me through the whole thing. Would highly recommend.
