Julie helped me to face and overcome the challenges that were affecting my mental health and wellbeing. She provided a safe and non-judgmental space, where she listened to me and helped me heal from trauma and learn to express and manage my emotions. She was patient and empathetic, but she also challenged me when needed in a supportive and respectful way. Julie offered and used different techniques and methods of therapy including both counselling and EMDR, depending on what I needed. Amazing sessions with Julie, you dont think your doing anything but following the lights with your eyes, but all of a sudden things no longer trigger you or affect you the same way
