Persistently called me the wrong name (of different variations) several times although she had evidently saved my name correctly. Also her advice was very poor. When i communicated this and explained the help that i needed her response was to address me by another name and tell me to go elsewhere. I was not asking for anything unreasonable- just appropriate. I find it quite odd that she did this.

Edit: Ursulas Profile says that her expertise is in coping skills (which is what I asked for) and that she uses a multi modal method/ approach to suit the individual (nowhere does her profile even mention working with emotions/reflections). See attached profile screen shots.

Ulsula has been outstanding for my daughter past few months. She has had a massive impact to reduce her increased fears at that time.
Now our daughter came back to being herself and she feels more assured and secure.
Without Ursula we would still have a massive struggle to cope with my daughter's anxiety.
Ursula is a very warm person who has got a right approach for people. All conversations and therapy was very confidential.

Ursula is a very welcoming person with a great sense of humour. My daughter was always satisfied and came out of sessions with a different mindset and perspective.

Excellent and dedicated counselling service. Ursula helped both of our kids aged 7 and 11 providing extensive and tailored support. She supported them through difficult period of time and taught them how to recognise and deal with emotions. She also helped one of them with severe stuttering withing several sessions and he has never stutter since. Can't praise this excellent and professional counselor enough. Highly recommend.
