Had long term severe shoulder pain. Working with Chris has been brilliant. I was expecting to put together a long term programme over weeks and months but he approached the pain differently and within 2 session I am pain free. All injuries are different but with my pain Chris’s approach has made my day to day and working out pain free again. Highly recommend!
