I can’t recommend Alfie at AC Muscle Fix enough. I had a pretty bad lower back injury and had seen several therapists without much progress. Alfie’s intricate knowledge of the human body was immediately clear—he pinpointed the issue straight away and used a variety of methods, including cupping, acupuncture, and pressure point release, to treat it. On top of that, he gave me some really practical exercises to continue the progress at home. He’s an all-rounder and extremely good at what he does. If you’re struggling with an injury, Alfie is absolutely the person to see.

I contacted Alfie to help with a long standing back and hip issue I've had. He has extensive knowledge over a range of treatments and is very prompt at responding to messages and appointments.

The techniques used to ease my pain were a deep tissue massage, cupping and dry needling. Along with giving me stretches and muscle building exercises.

I would definitely recommend Alfie, so get in contact fast as he becoming very popular!

I've used Alfie a few times and each time and he's sorted me right out!

After returning to rugby after a 13 year retirement it's fair to say my body isn't used to bashing but Alfie has certainly helped fox everything up.

I separated my shoulder and after just 1 session with Alfie it's been fine ever since not just because of that session with him but also his after care following after. The exercises and constant check in to make sure I'm doing my rehab and doing the work to fix the problem is what really makes Alfie stand out.

You can tell he's passionate about what he does and helping people which is hard to find these days!!
