I have been going to Holistic You for a while and have always had a great experience. I twisted my both ankles while playing tennis and Kasia helped me so I was able to walk a few days after the incidents. She helped to create a tailored recovery program for my injuries and relatively quickly I was able to return to my tennis game.
In addition, thanks to her therapy my back and shoulders feel better than they have in years…all thanks to her holistic approach to my issues. She is very knowledgeable and gave me further advice on stretches that would also help. I would recommend it.

I could not recommend more Holistic You. I have consulted Kasia on many occasions with different type of health problems and she always was up to the point, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Mayan’s gut massage and hirudotherapy were my fav ones! Leaches literally changed my life. Despite an initial reservation they really helped my health, provided me more energy and I know they can do magic!
Kasia is very versatile therapist, trained in different alternative approaches and uses person cantered approach! 100% recommended!

I came to the practice with severe back and shoulder pain as my job involves a lot of lifting and bending .Kasia has been using a combination of techniques to fix it. Great physiotherapy practice. I highly recommend working with her. Very professional.

I have been to Holistic You twice now, once with back pain and once with shoulder problems. Both times I was suffering with pain for a few months where I would be trying all sorts of things to help i.e painkiller gels, chiropractor or osteopath. It would help only for a little while. Luckily I came across Kasia, who not only got rid of the pain but found the source of the issues and worked on them. Once again Kasia, Thank you so much for your magic hands.

I have been going to Kasia for 6 years. I go to see her every time I have an injury and after each visit I can feel the effects almost immediately.
When I tore my meniscus and my knee was locked, after one session I was able to straighten it again.

Absolutely brilliant but its not very much what I can say as everyone have different Health-problem, you just had to go and check yourselves, the "issue" may be that one visit not necessary would help you will need a few visits.
Personally I try to go every week/ 2 weeks.
I Highly recommend.... Kasia is a person that even if she wouldn't be able to help she can direct you where to Go. So its worth a try....
