Having never experienced life coaching previously, I sought Mandy out as I was looking for some friendly, supportive, independent and constructive forward thinking and looking guidance across some key parts of my life.

I chose Mandy on reading up about the services she offers and, based upon our initial exploration meeting, where it was clear to see that Mandy is flexible in approach whilst also planned and managed in the structuring of support and sessions.

Kicking off with an exploratory document which I completed prior to further conversation, Mandy offered a great start in making me think about what was important, what I wanted to achieve and where to prioritise.

As we moved through the life coaching process, Mandy stood out as very fitting to her role - she has the very best combination of listening skills, guidance, empathy and ideas - all with a perfect balance of clear direction from meeting to meeting and, as I was looking for, holding me to account in actioning the goals we set at the end of each catch up.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Mandy. It may be that you feel sluggish or at blocks or cross-roads generally or you want to hone in on specific aspects of your life and Mandy is agile and experienced at covering off both – enabling you to come up with ideas, thoughts, positivity and enthusiasm to try new - a warm guider to walk alongside you whilst ensuring you also understand the need for personal responsibility and progress.

Life coaching isn’t just for the challenging times, it’s a very useful support throughout to help you get the best and most out of what life can offer us - and Mandy is an excellent choice to help you realise your best potential. I have grown leaps and bounds with her support and for which I am very grateful - she has equipped me with techniques, actions and confidence to act upon and succeed in areas of my life I was keen to develop.
