Judith is a great support in my life.
Through reflexology and healing Judith has supported me to strengthen myself both physically and emotionally.
Judith is also a very kind, considerate, genuine person who listens and offers support and guidance along side the therapy’s Judith provides.
I have found the regular sessions with Judith over the last eighteen months genuinely supportive in respect of managing the stress I have in my life. From the support I’ve benefited physically and emotionally.

Had a wonderful full body massage with Sonja. Felt really relaxed. Loved the smell of the essential oils too. The haven is a really pretty and inviting clinic, I loved the old fireplace, very welcoming as you walk in. Thoroughly lovely experience. Would definitely go back. The relaxing effects of Sonjas’ massage really lasted too:-) Thank you!

I’d never been to an acupuncturist before but knew two people who have had wonderful results. My session was great - massage and acapuncture. I had been worried about the needles but Rob talked me through it and it was fine. A little too early to say if my foot discomfort has completely gone but time will tell. I did enjoy the therapy.

I have had a wonderful healing experience. I have never felt so well after a therapy. I did try many therapeutic treatments to heal my arm and shoulder, but they didn’t help. However the Haven treatment of essential oils and stone massage with Nicola has been magical. I will go back to Ashburton just to get another holistic therapy like that!

Lovely lovely place lovely wise loving and kind practioners with a wide range if expertise. I have been going to see judith for many years there and had significant and important support for some sensitive issues that arose over the years . Very professional and held sanctuary environment . A treat to myself to visit as its such a haven to have a break from the world

I have sciatica and lower back pain, I’ve been coming for acupuncture with Nicky for the last three months, I have had no help from the NHS, and I was recommended to her by gentleman with sports injuries, I was at the end of my tether with pain, so went with an open mind not sure that this would help, I couldn’t have been more wrong! Not only has my pain virtually gone, the treatment has helped with my psoriasis and other ailments much to my surprise, I’d like to thank Nicky for all her help and support with such great knowledge.
