Chris is a fantastic personal trainer who truly cares about his clients’ well-being and progress on their health and fitness journey. He makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. All my workouts with Chris were very varied and actually super fun! All exercises were perfectly adjusted to my capabilities and tailored to my goals and I could really see the results. Chris also gave me loads of tips and recommendations for exercising on my own in between our sessions. He’s a very genuine and friendly person with a clear mission to help other people live a better, healthier life. Highly recommended!

Getting towards my 60s I was keen to ensure I remained fit and healthy into my later years. Chris showed me the importance of strength, mobility and flexibility and I now feel I have a full armoury of exercises and habits to make sure I remain active for longer. And I enjoyed discovering, through Chris, 'Natural Movement' - the full range of movements humans did before our more sedentary lifestyles took hold.
Eating a mainly whole food plant based diet I was also keen to make sure I was getting the right nutrients. Chris's knowledge in this area was invaluable and I now feel confident in my nutrition.
Having recently given up full time paid employment entering the more fluid world of voluntary work Chris helped me examine and crystallise my priorities to ensure I was getting a good 'work/life' balance with techniques (particularly time management!) to achieve this.
Chris always provided a very trusting, supportive and non critical environment in which I have felt comfortable to explore issues and be honest about progress. He encouraged me to push my boundaries where I may have been hesitant and set me challenging sessions so I continually improved my fitness, all within safe limits. Chris's sessions were always a very positive experience and I cannot recommend him highly enough!

My first experience of rabble was fantastic. Going back to old school games I played when younger. To new games (spring clean?). This type of exercise works every part of your body without you knowing it.
It brings out your competitive side.
Chris is a great instructor to take on 7 very opinionated woman is definitely a achievement, he offers great advice and coaching where it is needed. The health benefits of rabble are great with cardio. He has you running, jumping to many more movements

Taking a personal training session was a very positive and energising experience that I would recommend to anyone of any fitness level. I hadn't done any sort of session like it before so was apprehensive but needn't have been; the personally tailored exercises were simple enough, no heavy gym equipment needed so I feel I can build them into my daily fitness goals. Chris is a great cheerleader too!

Chris has been amazing over the last 3 months! He takes the time to explain things and motivates you in a quietly assertive way to make the sessions hard work but still enjoyable. Probably the biggest thing he has helped me with is the advice around what I can be doing to improve my overall health and fitness on top of exercise. He is very knowledgeable about nutrition and I now sleep much better and have so much more energy. Highly recommended!

Been doing Rabble for a while now it’s a great way to exercise by playing games it is so much fun definitely gets me motivated for the rest of the day I’m really enjoying each week.

Chris is great instructor and is full of information he definitely makes the games so much fun.

I feel more fitter each week and my coordination is getting better I can last longer at dodge ball ?

We worked with Chris on a healthy lifestyle project in West Pilton Park. Chris is committed to providing fun, friendly and accessible fitness for the community. Rabble has been amazing for our community groups. The format of the sessions make the focus on fun and team work allowing people to really connect. Participants really reap the benefits of being outside and the games are so much fun you don't even realise you are exercising. Absolutely love Chris' sessions at rabble. I went from being lazy and never doing any exercise to now loving doing exercise, and that's all down to rabble sessions! We take part in fun games that you don't even realize is fitness! Highly recommend for all fitness levels.
