I’m very grateful to my friend who recommended Aaron. I’d been exploring ways (many!) to try improving sleep which had dropped away, as it does for so many women experiencing menopause. Acupuncture has helped hugely but I also feel different in the balance of my overall energy levels. I’d been experiencing periods of total exhaustion and really struggling to come out of that pattern. I find treatments with Aaron relaxed and sensitive, both in terms of Aaron’s gentle approach but also in the shared process of finding what my body is experiencing and what will benefit.
