I knew there was something that was troubling me. I knew there was a feeling inside me that I didn’t understand and couldn’t explain, even to myself. I also knew just the lady to head to. Susie listened as I talked through things as best I could, just letting the words flow from me. I knew I was in a totally safe place as she gently guided me with open questions. She then talked me through a meditation of sorts...a journey towards what was really going on, to find the core; to acknowledge it; see what I was really trying to tell myself and what that meant for me. When we had finished all felt so obvious and so clear. I literally could not stop smiling and what had been a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I can not thank Susie enough...she definitely works some kind of magic and she does it in the most beautiful, gentle, supportive way. You don’t even have to be able to explain what’s wrong, she works with you to uncover the root cause and release it. Amazing!

As a first timer to reiki. I wasn't sure what to expect. Im a sensitive person so I went along with a hope of finding some peace for my nervous system. I was nervous but i tried to allow myself to be as open as i could to the experience.
I was and still am, processing the profound impact reiki has had on me. Its really hard to find words for it. But ive tried.

Its like a gathering of your body,spirit & mind. Of which the energy is held and encouraged to flow in harmony.

Its really quite remarkable that after my first session i felt like id had a massage, but, from within. There is minimal physical touch. Yet there is energy touching parts that cant be reached physically.

Im on my third appointment. And im so grateful to be able to breath, from a place im not sure ive ever taken a breath from.
