This is a great place to have my business. The centre is very warm and welcoming and the team there are very friendly. There are lots of different services available from yoga, to therapists and the craft groups held at The Hive, so there is something for everyone.

Loads on offer at the centre, in the heart of Risca. Therapists for children and young people and adults, support for new mums, yoga, nutrition and holistic health support, assessments for ASD, workshops, and a lovely shop for your crafty needs. A lovely bunch of people work there, I have worked here for many years and it’s an absolute pleasure to be surrounded by such skilled and caring people.

A great place with loads of different therapies available to support mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. Practitioners here are very professional and welcoming. A great little craft shop here too. There really is something for everyone here! Highly recommend!

I'm just over 4 years into my counselling journey, where I was initially introduced to Jackie via the charity 2Wish. I cannot recommend Jackie and her team at Time Counselling and Wellbeing enough. The range of holistic services the centre provides is amazing. Being able to speak openly, without judgement and in such a safe and peaceful setting has opened my eyes to the impact counselling sessions can have.
