When I came to Fiona I felt quite low mentally due to how my knees, hamstring and my low back was feeling. Fiona has healing hands and knows just what to do! I’ve been having Reflexology with Fiona. I’d highly recommend her - she’s professional and knowledgeable about the treatments she offers. I always feel at ease and so relaxed I could easily fall asleep! Good communication with a reminder before each appointment. Looking forward to having a neck, back and shoulder massage in a few weeks time.

I’ve been visiting Fiona for three months now, for a regular neck, back and should massage every 3 weeks. Fiona has always put me at ease, making sure I feel fine throughout. I always leave feeling relaxed and pain free. Would highly recommend!

I've had a couple of treatments with Fiona. A lovely person with exceptional knowledge of her treatments she has on offer.
I've had the HOPI treatment which I found very relaxing and very beneficial for helping me with my nasal congestion.
I've also had the Neck, Shoulder, Back and Foot massage. Again the massage was very relaxing and the treatment room was very serene . Highly recommend

Highly recommended!! I’ve had several reflexology sessions with Fiona and am definitely feeling the benefits. Fiona is lovely, very knowledgeable and professional. The treatment room is calm and relaxing - I think I fell asleep at one point.

After just 2 sessions with Fiona my shoulders have more movement making my head feel lighter!. My lower back has much more movement and flexibility. Can’t wait for my next treatment. Lovely relaxing room warm and comfortable. Fiona really is the best.
