I contacted them to book a fit for work medical, I confirmed with them the date I wanted to do the medical and they said they would send me the invoice by the end of the day to confirm everything, a week passed then I finally received the invoice in which time the original date had already passed and I was no longer available to do it, but obviously I didn't attend as they never sent me an invoice, but now they are demanding payment for the missed date, I had no idea it was confirmed as I received no invoice. They seem to be quite disorganised and their procedures are all mixed up.
