I bought a voucher from Lucy for my mum who had a wonderful treatment with her. I therefore purchased another voucher.

My mum has sadly been through a difficult time recently and became mixed up with dates.
About a month after the expiry, she contacted Lucy to apologise and explain some things (she had MRI results etc.) and to see if the voucher would be accepted. Lucy sadly declined.

I found this incredibly upsetting to find out and I am disappointed with her decision. I understand the expiry date had gone, but I have never known a business to decline it after such a short period and in such circumstances.

I have emailed Lucy today and look forward to hearing more about her decision with this. She now has £50 of my money for not doing anything.

I'm not one to usually post reviews, especially negative ones, but I am so disappointed for my mum with everything she's gone through, and upset at the lack of empathy here.

I have given a couple of stars, as the treatment she has had in the past was apparently very good.

Lucy has magic hands. I am a carer and try to visit her once a month as my treat and for some me time. I tend to have the anti stress massage and have been known to fall asleep on the table. I have also had the hot stone massage. I always come out feeling relaxed and sleep better on that night. She is professional and friendly. I would highly recommend.

It was so lovely and relaxing. Just perfect for this time of my pregnancy, time out to relax and pamper myself. I have booked in again and I can not wait! Lucy is a brilliant massage therapist and a lovely person. It can be daunting going for a massage for the first time but Lucy put me straight at ease when I started to see her a few years ago. Each session is individualised to my needs at the time. I really struggled physically during my pregnancy but Lucy talked through my difficulties and offered full explanations for different techniques she was using. This allayed my anxieties around pregnancy aches and pain. I will continue look forward to seeing Lucy and always recommend her to family and friends .
