Finding Sam James Coaching was the best thing for me. Throughout my sessions Sam has made me feel comfortable, relaxed and confident enough to be able to talk through my goals, process and manage my feelings, and learn new skills to make me a stronger person who's confidence is growing and growing. I never imagined that I could feel like me again but Sam has helped and guided me to find the right tools to enable me to do so.
Throughout the years I have tried alot of counselling/therapy/coaching and I can hand on my heart say Sam has been the best!

I’d started to feel really flat from the juggle of running my business and having small children. In just one session, Sam helped me to completely turn that around. Sam is lovely, helpful, friendly, supportive and really motivational. Her enthusiasm is infectious and she really helped me see my present and my future clearer. As corny as it is Sam really helped me help myself! Our sessions were relaxed and fun, and I'm hoping to have some more sessions soon following another lifestyle change!
