Jess actively listened to me and helped me talk though many issues, guiding me to come to my own understanding, which I could then work through things with a clearer mind. I love her patience and empathy.

I worked with Jessi after an Access to Work assessment provided a grant to cover 'ADHD Coaching'. After a lot of research and various conversations, I chose to be supported by Jessi, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Jessi is down to earth, pragmatic, non-judgemental and provides a very safe (plus, very funny) coaching service, which is flexible and accommodating. I appreciated her relatability and familiarity with hormonal struggles, too. I've completed the block of coaching with her now, and am organising more. I've gotten to a place of having far more structure to my day, which is actually appealing, and built more flexibility in my way of thinking. If you haven't already guessed, I wholeheartedly recommend Jessi to anyone keen to find a mental wellbeing advocate, with ADHD experience and pragmatic approaches to coaching the navigation of life, personal and work.

As a coach myself I needed someone to help give me the kick I need to practice what I preach. Jessi was great at that, holding me accountable and helping me follow through.

When we met, I was mostly struggling with my emotional regulation, putting a strain on my marriage and relationship with my child. Jessi helped with that no end, helping me establish habits and skills I still use today. I am able to control my emotions much better as a result.

If anyone is looking for an ADHD coach who gets it and is ultra supportive, look no further.

I started working with Jessi at time of turmoil in my life, struggling to get on top of various things with pending university course looming, massive imposter syndrome and RSD which has held me back for the last two years or so, particularly in my confidence in my career and belief and trust in my knowledge.

Jessi helped me to prioritise and used techniques that helped me make decisions based on my personal beliefs and values, ultimately gaining better satisfaction and empowering me to make decisions that support them.

I didn’t really know what my goals were, just that needed support as I felt I was drowning, however Jessi was able to help me work that out by tailoring them to my values. It’s that never ending to do list, prioritising it and achieving.

Jessi supported me through my post grad university course, with planning for my business/career/future development and also my personal life/manging the home/relationships.

Jessi showed a sound knowledge base, empathy, de-escalation, grounding, ability to help me see what I couldn’t due to my lack of self-belief. She consistently believed in me when I didn’t.

Jessi was thorough with documentation and feedback and formulated sessions effectively and succinct so nothing got lost or forgotten. I often look back at these to remind myself of my strengths.

We ha da mutual respect for each others experiences both lived and professional, sharing knowledge and skills and learning from one another (both nurses) and what we could both contribute to the sessions.

I am more assertive and confident as a result of working with Jessi.

Thank you Jessi for being in my corner, my accountability buddy keeping me going. You provide an excellent, compassionate, empowering, empathetic, kind, flexible yet structured coaching service with your unique skills from lived experience and nursing training. You are simply lovely (insert heart emoji here) xx

I worked with Jessi for 6 weeks in the hopes that coaching could help me feel more in control of my life. I don't have a diagnosis of ADHD but I'm experiencing a lot of the symptoms that are making my life incredibly challenging, and I didn't feel I could wait until I got to the top of the waiting list to get help.

Jessi was recommended in a support group that I'm part of, and right from our first conversation I knew we would be a great fit. Over the course of 6 weeks she took me from a crying blubbering mess in week 1, to feeling more in control of myself and my time by week 6. There were definitely things I struggled with along the way and, having tried to work with a variety of non-ADHD coaches and personal trainers previously, I was prepared for the inevitable speech about "I can't help you if you don't help yourself". Instead Jessi said "that's life, these things happen" and together we looked at what I would aim for in the coming week.

She was always ready at the end of the phone with an encouraging message or a funny meme when I needed it, and I genuinely can't put into words how helpful her advice and support has been
