I wish I’d come in sooner after suffering for months with neck pain, I was unable to move or turn my head easily, had difficulty sleeping and couldn’t even consider any exercise. I cannot recommend Islay enough. I was suffering from a severe whiplash injury and Islay quickly got to the root cause of where the pain was coming from. My injury became both mentally and physically debilitating and wasn’t able to exercise or go to the gym so put on alot of excess weight. Within a matter of a few sessions Islay has made me feel like myself again and relived me off chronic neck and back pain but also headaches. I’m now feeling stronger and starting to go to the gym and aim to run another run a half marathon next year! Health is worth investing in and I feel like I’ve both physical and mental strength back.
