Colin has recently helped me with a very sore neck - on the first visit he immediately relieved my discomfort, he found out the reason why I was getting pain and gave me exercises to help mobilise it. I highly recommend their very professional service which has got me back to pain free movement again, thank you ?

Earlier this year I aggravated an old knee injury when I slipped on ice. Given it was causing me problems I have recently completed a series of five appointments with Gareth. What he doesnt know about knees isn't worth knowing. Through treatment and a programme of regular exercises I have progressed from a knee I really didn't trust to a point where it is now strong again and I trust it. Gareth is a really nice guy and great to work with. Strongly recommended.

All the treatments I have had with Charlotte for my back have been extremely positive experiences and my most resent massage with Gareth was equally as positive. I walked out feeling so much better. Not only did I feel the muscle cramps I had in my leg were better but also I had more overall energy and feeling of wellbeing. He explained everything in great detail as he worked and didn't ask me to start complex exercises. I would recommend just trying out and experiencing the massage for yourself.

Charlotte is amazing! I would highly recommend her to anyone needing support with any pain or discomfort. She has helped me so much with releasing pressure from neck and re-aligning my body. She takes time to get to know each person personally and provides so much support with any problem. I can’t imagine going anywhere else, and as an added bonus the reception staff are so friendly so it just adds to the experience!

Gareth has helped me immensely. I do ultra challenges and the treatment I get from Gareth is excellent. He does pre and post challenge massage which helps with relieving the stress to muscles and ligaments caused by hours and hours of off road walking/climbing . I would thoroughly recommend him.

I've been going to the Lymington Chiropractic Clinic for several years, and my visits with Colin and Hannah have helped me so much. After some initial treatment sessions with Colin, I now have regular massages with Hannah. These are excellent. Hannah is very caring and attentive, and I always feel better after her massages. I recently tried a couple of Reiki sessions with her, and these were amazing-very relaxing and therapeutic.
I feel so fortunate to have such fantastic treatments so close to home. Thank you!
