Georgia is so skilled and professional at what she does. She pinpointed exactly where I had tension and explained how I could change exercises to help become more balanced. I felt at ease and relaxed during my treatment and continued to feel great afterwards.
I will continue to recommend Georgia to anyone who has any concerns regarding their health and well-being because she is quite literally a godsend when it comes to fixing aches, pains and other health issues (even my father’s terrible case of vertigo!) and whether it takes one treatment or six, she’ll put all of her efforts into making you feel more comfortable and relaxed by the final appointment. Quite unlike any other osteopath I have visited.
My initial consultation lasted a whole hour and was not the usual "on your back and get ready to crack" that I'm used to.
There was a detailed review of my symptoms, history and previous treatments - then a specific explanation of the issues I am facing.
Then followed a variety of treatments and techniques and a detailed list of aftercare.
Even though I live in Essex, I will be coming here again. It really is that good.

After trying a lot of physios, osteopaths, massage therapists, and pain killers, I was about to resign myself to always being in pain and discomfort with shoulder and upper back problems. I started seeing Georgia a few weeks ago and have been pleasantly surprised. After years of no improvement, my pain, stiffness, and discomfort had eased off after just one session, and there was even more improvement after the second session. I highly recommend GLH Osteopathy. Georgia is very knowledgable and has been amazing for both me and my horse. I have had back and neck pain on and off for years and can really notice a difference after treatments. She is very thorough and always provides good advice going forward too.

I’ve had a great experience with Georgia. She’s really turned me around, I walked in a few months ago with the mobility of a 80year old and I’m feeling 25 again. Years of working as a gardener with no maintenance or care of my back and body had started to take its toll, Georgia used a range of treatments on me tailoring them to suit me as i gave feedback to her each session. I’ve been turned away by the nhs but Georgia could see in just one session I was struggling and immediately started to work out a plan. 5 stars I would fully recommend to anyone in my position.

Having received a treatment today at GLH Osteopathy for my back pain, I would highly recommend the clinic. Georgia was very professional and knowledgeable. The treatment was carried out in a relaxing and calming environment. The location of the practice was in the centre of Stratford Upon Avon with lots of parking options and easy to access.
