Tanya is a great osteopath, very methodical and gentle in her approach. Does not rush to overt manipulation, which has been my previous experience of some other osteopaths. Also offers advice on posture, activities and the like to avoid problems in the first place. Highly recommend.

Tanya is professional, friendly and puts you at ease straight away. She is thorough and as well as pin pointing the problem areas with my spine and treating them, she also gave me specific exercises to do daily to strength the weakened areas.

I cannot recommend Tanya highly enough. I contacted Tanya desperate with postpartum sciatica, and she made time to see me the next day. After one session together, my pain has reduced significantly, and my mobility is on the up. Tanya was also incredibly welcoming towards my husband and ten day old baby - it was our first outing as a family!

I took my 3 week old baby to see Tanya after a long and quite traumatic birth. I was astounded after her treatment. Immediately she was much more relaxed, especially with feeds after struggling with reflux. Tanya’s calmness made me feel at ease straight away.
