Badley let down by these people booked a coach asked if I could pay deposit within 3 hours .agreed that I could phoned back within 2hours .
I was told he was not available and would phone back he didn’t . Phone twice more over two days to pay no one would take payment . The last time a lady told me we have no coach for you has I didn’t pay a deposit when booking?.
This company let 35 elderly and disabled people down badly , I have phone calls logged to prove these calls were made to you .

Turned up with a mini bus and this was not mentioned or discussed before. I have very long legs and arthritis in both of my knees. I was in pain doing the nearly 4 hour journey, not knowing where to put my long legs. Will never travel with them again.

Hired LL Travel to take us to Lytham St Anne's last week for our dance holiday, absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, Sarah sorted out our booking and was very helpful.
Not to forget a special mention for our driver Dave who was so accommodating and pleasant to our party, throughout the week.
All our dancers had a fabulous time.
A family run business who I've used many times in the past so I knew we would be in good hands thanks John and your team ? thanks Michelle Dyminiuk

Me and my son went to Whitby during Goth weekend and we had a fantastic experience, the coach was on time, booking was easy and the driver couldn’t do enough for everyone on board.
I would also like to say that this was our first time with L&L but it won’t be our last

Today was my first ever trip with L L Travel and I was shocked when they sent a mini bus to take us all the way from South Yorkshire to Llandudno! Most uncomfortable trip ever and it spoilt what would otherwise have been a wonderful day. From conversations with other passengers, I understand this is a regular thing, with this company. As they don't warn you, when you book, that it's likely to be a mini bus trip, rather than the luxury coach trip you would expect, I certainly won't be travelling with L L Travel again.

First time of using this company for a 13 mile return trip in a 22 seater bus. £225 was the price and we thought this was enough to be fair.
Paid £60 deposit by card weeks and weeks before the trip date. Then when it came to paying the driver on the way home, he said that we owed £225 which i duly paid. Then the following morning i checked what we had been quoted at it was indeed £225 so after my deposit taken off he should only have asked for £165 so i rang them up and the lady said that he thought it was a tip? - when i explained that it was exactly what he asked for and was not intended as a tip she said that i should have mentioned it to him straight away and that there was nothing she could do about it. I asked if i could have the card deposit payment put back on to my card, but she refused. Then i asked if i could have a part refund of my deposit but refused again. I then asked if i could have some money knocked off my next bus with them, but that was a 'no' too. So not a good 1st experience really.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Booked a coach for end March had to cancel due to COVID rang up for my deposit back and was told to ring back when open. Rang back today and was told it's on refundabl, have to put it towards another job.
It's disgusting due to no fault of our own we're being penalised. She was unbelievably rude and couldn't care less.
I wonder how much they have kept because of COVID?

Used there tourism service to go to Whitby; it was a lovely service on the day, competative price, pick up/dropp to and from nearby locations was just on time, driver was professional.

We loved there service and without any doubt can recommend them.
