I saw Francine for roughly a year and half, we discussed many issues and things that I needed help to better understand about myself. Francine was wonderful. During the time I spent with her I felt very comfortable and she became someone I felt I could really trust and be honest with. I also felt I learnt a lot about myself and how I can move forward with certain things that were difficult for me in my life. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking someone to talk to, someone who really understands how to communicate with a person that has a hard time making sense of life. Francine is an excellent Counsellor.I have been seeing her regularly for a number of years. I have used a number of mental health professionals in the past but Francine is the only person that's been able to help me understand my issues.

I started seeing Francine, when the pandemic, on top of a traumatic past and other more recent worries, started to get on top of me. Having seen several other counsellors over the years, Francine was the only one I truly clicked with. She makes you comfortable, she tunes into your mood and says the right things. She listens, empathises, reassures and offers valuable advice. Opening up can always be a challenge, but Francine has a way of getting you to offload. Francine is highly recommended.

Very pleasant experience. I wanted to be able to talk about my problems comfortably without no judgement and Francine delivered just that. I also went into the experience trying to find better understanding of how therapy works. She gave me a lot of advice and knowledge along with a book I was able to go home and read to further my education.
