I've been going to Parker and Jones for a number of years, each time seeing Alex. The service is extremely professional and I always feel at ease during my sessions. I've been seen for a variety of different issues - one being an injury to my back. After several sessions and at home exercises, my back was finally fixed after years of pain and discomfort through acupuncture. I can't rate this service enough. They're amazing and will always come back to them when I need to!

I needed physiotherapy and advice asap following an injury to my achilles tendon.My 1st appointment was easy to book ,I did mine over the phone ,but there was an option to book online .The place was easy to find ,with ample parking.I was put at ease immediately on meeting the physio ,Sam and he tailored each session to meet my needs.The sessions are reasonably priced and I was able to claim 75% back using my westfield healthcare scheme.
Each week I was sent exercises via email which I found v .helpful.
Great service ,great physio,definitely worth trying.They also offer a range of other treatments etc ,information is available on their website .

Excellent service
Sam (physiotherapist) is very approachable and I felt comfortable explaining my problems in layman’s terms.
He explained clearly what was happening in my shoulder and how we could improve it.
I’m making very good progress and I am not overwhelmed with the exercises Sam sets me each session
I would highly recommend to anyone with musculoskeletal problems

Dr Jones is a magician with his hands , and has vast amounts of knowledge and advise , I just choose not to listen to it and carry on playing rugby and keep him busy with my broken body.

I saw Alex the osteopath for severe lower back pain . He gave me a clear explanation of my symptoms which immediately eliminated my anxiety. I would recommend this treatment as even after the first manipulation my muscles felt looser. After 3 appointments l am now virtually free of pain. He has also been very helpful with advice and after care.

I've been suffering from lower-back pains since 2007. I've seen a few doctors (who didn't know what was wrong with my back) and some physiotherapists (who couldn't really make the pain go away). Then in 2018 I was referred to Alex Jones by a friend. Alex is extremely knowledgable: he explained to me exactly what was going on with my back during my first appointment, how to avoid future crisis, and provided me with exercises to correct it and improve it. More importantly, his hands make magic: he is the only osteopath I know who makes the pain disappear practically completely after only one session. I've even travelled all the way from Wiltshire, where I live now, to Rotherham to be treated by him (and will continue to do so). I cannot thank him enough.

When I started visiting Alex I was in excruciating pain with my hips and had just accepted that years of jobs where I had bad posture meant I would now always be in pain. After a few sessions the pain had hugely reduced and allowed me to start exercising again, lose some weight and now I only need maintenance visits. There is no hard sell to come more often than needed. Alex is friendly whilst still remaining professional and puts you at ease straight away.

After a nasty fall last year which resulted in a torn ACL and a badly torn meniscus cartilage in my left knee I’ve been struggling to rehab my knee post surgery.
I’ve recently started physio with Sam at Parker and Jones Therapy.
This guy is so knowledgeable and really knows his stuff and I feel I’m in safe hands.
If you are in need of a good physio therapist I highly recommend trying this place.
