I have worked with Mark on and off for years now and have always found it to be helpful for my mental health. As a high achiever, business owner, mum and wife I find myself taking on so much and sometimes I need some help to sound it out and some support with putting a plan together. Working with Mark has helped me to gain clarity and get myself out of uncomfortable situations. It has helped me to achieve so much and change my perspective on things when I have felt stuck or as though I have a lack of control. I experience intrusive thoughts as an effect of OCD and working with Mark has helped me to challenge these, overcome it and understand myself better so it doesn't impact my day to day life. My most recent challenge caused more stress than I have ever experienced and coaching with Mark has helped me to clear a path forward and get myself out of another tricky situation. I will continue to use Mark as my go to coach in the future and I would highly recommend him to others too.

After a stressful and series of life changing incidents I was in need of a strategic coping mechanism to help me move forward. In my opinion I thought this was a better route than counselling, and it was.

Mark is very professional, quickly understanding the situation and giving me the strategies I needed. His approach is brilliant, I felt confident and had great trust in Mark. My attitude now is very much different and better for it.
