This enterprise from CMHT and the CFT is their best idea on improving people's mindset. The facilitator who runs the session has a great deal of experience and is empathetic with whoever may walk through the door. Her colleague also gives out a great deal of empathy which I feel is needed in an art therapy group and a very lovely environment.

My experience of this place wasn't a good one , very judgemental staff , not all may i add, and with very limited experience on how to deal with people with Mental health, that was some years ago , hopefully it has improved somewhat since then
