I have been to 3 of Sari’s monthly workshops now and they are brilliant. So relaxing good restorative yoga, breath work and always something a bit different. One month facial massage another journalling!
Such a lovely venue and Sari is a great yoga teacher. Really good at explaining poses. You come out feeling fantastically relaxed.
