I cannot recommend Trevor Wales and hypnotherapy highly enough. I have had a number of sessions to help with anxiety and confidence and it has helped me, and continues to help me whenever I need it. Trevor is very approachable, a good listener, empathetic and very good at making you feel at ease. You have to put your own effort into hypnotherapy but it is worth it! I love the fact that sessions are recorded so you can benefit at home from the hypnotherapy. I have even lost my recordings before accidentally deleting them, and Trevor has been more than happy to resend at no extra cost. I would highly recommend and strongly believe it should be something the NHS consider prescribing! Thank you. Leanne ?

Awesome results from the first session!

Trevor is an outstanding therapist, very diligent and extremely knowledgeable in chronic conditions. I struggled with fibromyalgia for over 30 years and saw a big improvement straight away.

I trained with Trevor in Rapid Pain Elimination Therapy in 2019. From the first lesson he made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer all of my questions.

After experiencing the therapy while training I felt significantly better in terms of pain and became aware of personal issues such as anxiety which he helped me to resolve.

He has a calming, pleasant voice and is an excellent teacher and hypnotherapist, highly recommended.

Trevor helped me greatly with health anxiety. I had one session with him in which I started out anxious and full of fear for an upcoming possible diagnosis. Trevor is a real professional. Having used his hypnotherapy skills to 'cure' a severe dental phobia that I had for approx 30 years, I can highly recommend him. What he does is incredible and its all done in a very calm and relaxing environment.

Trevor was welcoming, patient and really took the time to help my daughter who was experiencing Emetophobia. The recordings sent by WhatsApp were really helpful and I believe she still uses them 3/4 years since we finished treatment.
