My experience with June has been life changing. I have worked with her at times of great difficulty in my life when I have suffered with anxiety, depression and lack of confidence. She has helped me to develop different perspectives and ways of thinking about me, my life and the way I experience my life in such a constructive and meaningful way . I find her to be have tremendous expertise , intuition , with great integrity and compassion . Just great to work with ❤️

One of the things I have valued the most is her honesty and preparedness to gently challenge, holding me to account and always supporting me to hold the mirror up …and find positive ways to live and approach my life forward

I have been lucky to have found June who has honestly helped me through a very difficult period in my life recently.
Initially I saw june after an abrupt relationship breakdown however I continued seeing her for support and guidance until my self worth had improved and I began to feel like “me” again.
June was patient, a fantastic listener, non judgmental and always had a way of putting things into perspective and helping me see a light at the end of a very long road of recovery.
June is well qualified in a number of approaches and I felt comfortable and able to trust her very quickly.
I would highly recommend June and I wouldn’t be the woman I am now and looking forward to a bright future without her support. Don’t hesitate to book a consultation. It’s the best thing I’ve done and I’m proud of my recovery.

June is fantastic at giving you the tools to self-believe. In our worlds of busy family, work commitments and constant demands on our time I now understand the importance of being in good mental condition myself, first and foremost. June helped me understand how my mental-self works, and through repetition over the duration of the sessions, this has now sunk in and I now feel that I have the resources to cope when I hit the next ‘bump’.

June is a tremendous professional yet has such a warm, personal approach. June has helped to change my outlook on life, boosting my self esteem, self awareness and helping me to overcome trauma. After years of seeking the correct help.
I finally found June
This lady is extremely helpful and supportive and I have found that the things she helped me put in place have really befitted me.
I stopped my sessions a couple of months ago and I still use my tools on a daily basis.
Anyone feeling like all the help they have tried just didn’t work give it a try as counselling was the only thing that has helped me to support myself when I need to and help with my mental help struggles
