I was in an extremely vulnerable and low state when I asked for Sharon's help.She was kind calm and had a aurora about her which made me feel extremely safe.

I had one session with Sharon and discussed a range of topics. She told me to decide what topic I would like to focus on and get back to her. When I got back to her after the new year regarding an issue that I thought I needed professional guidance, she told me that she isnt taking new clients. Fair enough! But if I knew she wasnt going to take new clients, I wouldn't have gone there in the first place and instead would have found a more suitable counsellor.

I have found Sharon to be incredibly helpful and her methods have helped me understand my own trauma and work through it in a gentle understanding safe space where I can unpack it with kindness. I have made leaps and bounds in understanding myself, my triggers and how to manage them and its all thanks to Sharon and her help. I would highly recommend anyone come along for a session as it really does wonders.
