Anna is a 5* masseuse, working in what used to be a telephone exchange which has been transformed (I assume - I never saw the inside) into a lovely calm space with delightful scents. I recommend her without hesitation. And I can walk there! What's not to like?

I have had many facials in my time but I have to say this was the best one ever! The facial was so relaxing and I could feel the good it was doing to my skin. Francesca was excellent and I will definitely be going back for another x

Had an amazing massage with Anna, I was super tight and knotty and she really worked through it for me, could feel my energy moving! I feel sooo relaxed afterwards. Great value too. Please add option for a tip to the credit card machine for future 🙂

I have never been to the salon before and went for my first spray tan, I saw Anna who made me feel so welcome and did such a great job 🙂 I would highly recommend Anna and this salon . Look forward to my next visit

My wife Janet recently had 2 treatments at Palm, she is doing the review.
Dermaplane facial with Francesca - much needed after a summer of sun and no exfoliation. Very happy with the results, my skin looks and feels great. My pedicure and nail paint was done by Anna, who is new to the salon, again more than happy with the results, Anna took a great deal of care with my pedicure (I had 2 blisters she had to work around). I highly recommend the therapists and the salon and their professionalism.
