I had sessions with Raj and the first time i went there i was in excruciating pain, he carefully did diagnosis in first session and then decided on a plan for treatment. In remember telling him I could not do acupuncture, i was scared of needles but he talked me through it and i am glad that i did it together with the other exercises. After 6 sessions with Raj i felt like a different person, he is professional and good at what he does. Thank you for your help.

I saw Charles two days ago with sciatic nerve pain. I had been very concerned that I had a bulging disc.
I was quickly reassured by Charles that the cause was muscular.
He proceeded to manipulate the area.
When I left I was already feeling some relief, over the subsequent days, following the detailed exercise videos I was sent things have continued to improve.

I cannot recommend Charles highly enough and will certainly return if I have any other Physiotherapy needs.

I would also add, booking was straightforward, the clerical support was excellent and there is plenty of parking.

I am a keen runner, after struggling with foot drop for over two years I came to see Dan. I had been finding my foot dragging and tripping me over when I tried to run longer distances. With Dan's excellent guidance, support and encouragement, working through exercises to improve strength and stability I have seen unbelievable improvement. I am running longer distances again, with no tripping, and have managed to set 4 new personal bests in the past few weeks. I have a bank of exercises now that I can draw upon to maintain strength in that leg. Thank you Dan, I really didn't believe it would be possible to achieve what I have.

He has really listened to my goals and helped me build a programme that fits my life and my objectives. He clearly explains the reasons for all treatments and exercises, and they are working well.

I got a knee injury when running and it wasn't getting better on its own. This was my first time to a physio for a sports injury. Kirsten was very thorough and figured out what was actually causing the problem (not what I thought!). She gave really helpful advice and the injury recovered fully with the exercises she gave me over the subsequent appointments. Am running again and know what to do to try to prevent it happening again. Excellent and highly recommend!
